Power Supply
Power is supplied to CND via East China Power Network, the largest one in China. Now available in CND are: two 220 KV power substations, seven 110 KV power substations. Dual feeder is available with switchover time less than 0.3 seconds. Variation of the rated voltage at user's inlet is less than ¡À5% while power reliability is over 99.7%.

Water Supply
The current water supply capacity in CND is 100,000 tons per day. Water supply pipes with diameters of §¶200 mm, §¶1200 mm, §¶1400 mm, §¶1800 mm, §¶2200 mm are well in place to the boundary of the land.
Water is sourced from Yangtze River and the quality is in Class 2 by China National standard.

Sewage
Rainwater and wastewater are discharged separately. A sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 100,000 tons/day runs normally. (Another treatment facility with a capacity of 300,000 tons per day is under construction)



Gassupply
Gas plant with a capacity of 50,000 cubic meters/day.

Steam Supply
A 4.8 MW Co-generation Power Plant with a steam supply capacity of 50 tons/hour.

Telecom
CND has a telephone switching capacity of 100 thousand lines and mobile switching capacity of 600 thousand lines. The circuit optical fiber network can provide different kinds of services such as broadband multimedia, virtual small PBX, ISDN, DDN, T1 and T3 (American standards, i.e., 1 M bandwidth and 34 M bandwidth high-speed data service. In China they are known as E1 and E3), ADSL, Internet. Satellite disk antennae may be installed as well.
