I was born in Taiwan. In 1975, I studied in U.S.A and began my career there. As a Chinese American, I was always longing to do something for my country. China is the most dynamic area in the world, where most ambitious people would like to seek opportunities. Therefore, when Toledo was hiring for its Changzhou Company, I stood among the candidates.

Mettler Toledo (Changzhou) has a group of young people with higher education and modern concept. In addition, what is surprising me is the solid industrial background in Changzhou City. As a result, it is very easy to find employees and suppliers locally, which is a great help for the company.
