Foreign Investment Bureau (FIB) of Changzhou
National Hi-tech District (CND) is one of
the affiliated institutions of CND Administrative
Committee and serves as the major window
that helps foreigners learn about Chinese
culture, economic system and extend foreign
exchange activities. FIB has a group of
capable, diligent, professional, efficient
personnel to provide all-around services
to foreign-invested enterprises, potential
investors on investment decision-making,
consultation of laws and regulations, and
establishment of new foreign-invested enterprises.
Its functions include:
1. Consultation Service:
Informing on investment policies and regulations,
assisting in market survey;
2. Registration Service:
Preparing application documents, obtaining
business licenses and other certificates
needed;
3. Follow-up Service
Appointing project manager to follow-up
with the foreign invested company .
